Vanessa Hudgens, Austin Butler and Josh Hutcherson Step out for February 2012 Premiere of “Journey 2”

Vanessa Hudgens and Austin Butler postponed their dating on Thursday evening to step out for the premiere of the actress’s new film “Journey 2: The Mysterious Island” at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles, California. Apart from her boyfriend Austin Butler, Vanessa Hudgens attended the event alongside co-stars Dwayne Johnson, Josh Hutcherson and Kristin Davis. The premiere of “Journey 2” also featured many big stars, including Ashley Tisdale and Rachel McAdams.

The former High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens appeared at the event on Thursday, February 2, 2012, wearing a beautiful yellow dress, while her boyfriend Austin Butler looked elegant in a gray suit. Although the couple didn’t make out or anything, all eyes know that the young duo are very deep in love. It was also reported that Vanessa Hudgens and boyfriend Austin Butler went dancing together earlier in the day.

Also hitting up for the event, Josh Hutcherson looked dapper in a blue suit. The actor happily posed for pictures with his “Journey 2” costar and ex-girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens.
The forthcoming movie “Journey 2: The Mysterious Island” directed by Brad Peyton tells a story of Sean Anderson, who teams with the boyfriend of his mother to find his missing grandfather. Also starring Luis Guzman and Michael Caine, the movie is set to hit theaters on the upcoming Friday, February 10, 2012.

Josh Hutcherson and Vanessa Hudgens Getting Cozy in Sydney Together (Pictures)


Over the past several weeks, Vanessa Hudgens has been unable to be separated from her boyfriend Austin Butler. However, the actress has recently been busy with her schedule to promote her new movie “Journey 2: The Mysterious Island” with Josh Hutcherson. After attending the Melbourne premiere of the film on Sunday, the former couple of Josh Hutcherson and Vanessa Hudgens together with costars Dwayne Johnnson and Michael Caine headed to Sydney, Australia for one another all week promoting the film.

Although Josh Hutcherson and Vanessa Hudgens experienced a briefly romance last year, the two looked all smiles while posing for photos on a balcony nearby the beautiful and well-known Bondi Beach of Sydney. Vanessa was adorable in a blue backless dress while Josh looked elegant in a striped tank and jeans. The ex-couple looked fairly comfortable around each other as they put their arms around each other. However, the two declared that they are just friends.

Josh Hutcherson later explained: “We're not…We were at one point, but she broke my heart. No, I'm just kidding, that was a while ago, we're really good friends now.”
